Telegram has proven to be a reliable information medium for Ukrainian refugees. In this overview, you will find various regional Telegram groups in Germany where you can network with other Ukrainians, exchange ideas and receive helpful information on numerous topics.

Throughout Germany, there are sports clubs that are particularly committed to create a special sense of togetherness in sports within the framework of the federal program Integration durch Sport (integration through sports). These clubs have most diverse offers, part of them specialized programs with and for refugees from Ukraine. Not all clubs offer these special programs, however, all of them are committed in the field of integration and social interaction and open to everyone. Feel free to directly contact the clubs to get informed about their offers and sports groups.
