telephone number 0800-500 225 0 from Mondays to Fridays from 2 to 5 p.m. Counselling is confidential and is provided in the Ukrainian and Russian language. The counsellors listen to and support Ukrainian refugee children,

young people, their parents and other relatives with regard to current concerns and issues that affect them.
