What assistance is available for pregnant women in emergency situations?

Contact the nationwide help hotline "Schwangere in Not": +49 800 40 40 020 - around the clock, confidential and free of charge.

You can also call the Ukraine helpline: +49 800 500 2550 - free of charge Monday to Friday, 14:00 to 17:00. The counselling is confidential and is provided in Ukrainian and Russian.

The "Bundesstiftung Mutter und Kind " (Federal Foundation Mother and Child) also helps pregnant women in need. At counselling centres you can easily apply for the foundation to help you financially.
