The free and confidential telephone counselling service "Helpline Ukraine" helps children, young people and parents who have fled from Ukraine to Germany. Support is available in Ukrainian and Russian for all questions, concerns and problems - from Monday to Friday, 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

This nationwide support hotline offers help and counselling for women who are or have been victims of violence. It is available 24 hours a day to provide information anonymously, free of charge. Interpreters translate into Polish, Russian, English or - from now on - also Ukrainian.

This nationwide support hotline offers counselling and support anonymously and free of charge for pregnant women in need 24 hours a day via telephone, online chat and email. Pregnant women can find help and information – in Russian, English, German, Bulgarian, Polish or Romanian – about giving birth without anyone finding out.

Help-telephone sexual abuse  –  0800 22 55 530 

This telephone helpline for victims of sexual abuse is available anonymously nationwide and free of charge Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 to 14:00 and Tuesday and Thursday from 15:00 to 20:00. The helpline is a point of contact for people seeking relief, advice and support; who are worried about a child; who suspect abuse; or who are unsure and have questions about this issue.

Krisenchat offers psychosocial counselling via online chat.  Children and young people up to age 25 can contact professional counsellors directly 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through the Krisenchat website, via text or WhatsApp – in German, Ukrainian and Russian.

JugendNotmail  offers free and confidential online counselling for children and young people. Psychologists and social workers are available 24 hours a day to provide help – in Ukrainian, Russian, English, German, Czech, Slovakian and Polish.

mbeon - Migrationsberatung

Mbeon offers information and advisory services for adult immigrants on issues such as work and careers, learning German, health and housing. Its services are available online, with a free app or in person at an MBE advice centre in locations all over Germany.
